Heavy-Capability Plumbing for Industrial Operations.
Process piping, underground sewer, dock drainage, and building systems handled by a single C-36 licensed contractor with the equipment and field hours to work at industrial scale. We've been the plumbing contractor for distribution centers, manufacturing plants, and industrial parks across Southern California since 1997. We bring the heavy equipment because that's the work we do.

Industrial Plumbing Is Not Building Plumbing.
Most commercial plumbers can clear a drain or test a backflow device. Not many carry tractor-mounted sewer equipment, excavation loaders, hydro-jetters rated for large-diameter mainlines, and dump trailers for debris removal. We do — because industrial work is what we built our operation around.
Warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants have plumbing infrastructure that residential and light-commercial contractors aren't equipped to handle: underground sewer laterals running hundreds of feet under slab, process piping connected to production equipment, dock yard drainage that routes to storm or sanitary systems, and backflow devices protecting municipal supply from industrial processes.
We've been doing this work for 29 years. Our team, our equipment, and our dispatch are built for the scale and the access constraints that come with industrial facilities.
Underground sewer and utility work at industrial scale — our team carries the heavy equipment in-house.
Built on Scale, Not Just Service Calls.
Documented commercial plumbing work across every discipline — drain and sewer, supply lines, backflow, process piping, water heaters, gas lines, and emergency response. 99.8% completion rate.
Commercial plumbing is all we've done since 1997. No residential side jobs, no divided focus. Every system, process, and technician is built for commercial and industrial properties.
Tractor-mounted sewer machines, excavation loaders, hydro-jetters, jackhammers, scissor lifts, dump trailers, generators, and traffic control equipment. No rental delays. No third-party subcontractors.
Full-Scope Plumbing for Industrial Facilities.
Industrial operations demand more than fixture repairs. We handle the entire scope — from underground mainlines to roof-level process piping — with in-house crews and our own equipment.
Drain & Mainline Sewer
Large-diameter mainline clearing, tractor sewer work, camera inspection, and sewer repair or replacement. Our highest-volume service — more than 3,600 drain and sewer work orders completed across all facility types.
Hydro-Jetting
High-pressure water jetting for grease-impacted, scaled, or root-infiltrated sewer lines. Industrial-grade equipment rated for large-diameter pipes and long lateral runs common in warehouses and distribution centers.
Backflow Testing & Repair
Annual compliance testing, certification, and RPZ/DCVA repair for industrial connections. We manage scheduling, testing, and county filing — critical for facilities with process water, fire suppression, or irrigation ties.
Water Heater & Boiler
Repair, replacement, and maintenance for commercial water heaters and boiler systems. Permitted installation with code-compliant gas and water connections for high-demand industrial applications.
Gas Line Service
Gas line installation, repair, and pressure testing for industrial equipment, heating systems, and process applications. Permitted work with leak detection and fire marshal coordination.
Emergency Response
24/7 dispatch for main breaks, flooding, gas leaks, and sewage backups. 2-hour P1 response target. Industrial emergencies shut down operations — we arrive with the equipment to contain and repair, not just diagnose.
The Facility Types We Service.
Distribution Centers & Warehouses
Long sewer laterals under slab, dock yard drainage, restroom cores for large headcounts, and backflow devices protecting municipal supply. We service facilities from 50,000 SF single-tenant buildings to million-square-foot fulfillment centers.
Manufacturing Plants
Process piping tied to production lines, industrial waste connections, floor drains that handle chemical and particulate discharge, and water supply systems feeding equipment and cooling. We coordinate around production schedules.
Industrial Parks & Multi-Tenant Flex
Shared sewer mains, individual tenant buildout plumbing, common-area backflow devices, and property management coordination across multiple units. One vendor for the entire park.
Food Processing & Cold Storage
Sanitary drain systems, grease and solid waste interceptors, temperature-controlled water supply, and process piping that must meet health department standards. We deliver the documentation food safety compliance demands.
The Equipment Most Plumbers Don't Carry.
Heavy Equipment Fleet
For mainlines that cable machines can't reach. Large-diameter sewer clearing and root cutting at distances that standard equipment won't cover.
High-pressure water jetting for grease, scale, and debris in pipes from 2″ to 12″+. More than 400 jetting deployments completed.
Video inspection with GPS-referenced locating for underground lines. We find the problem and mark the surface before we cut concrete.
Loaders, jackhammers, and dump trailers for underground pipe access, slab cutting, and debris removal. No rental wait times — we dispatch with the equipment.
Underground & Specialty Scope
Mainline sewer replacement, water main repair, and underground utility work requiring excavation, shoring, and backfill. Full documentation and inspection coordination.
Supply and waste piping connected to manufacturing equipment, cooling systems, and production processes. Routed, supported, and connected to code.
Plumbing rough-in and finish for new tenant spaces in industrial parks and flex buildings. Restrooms, breakrooms, process connections, and fire suppression tie-ins.
Dock apron drains, yard catch basins, storm drain connections, and surface drainage for truck courts and loading areas. Repair and replacement with traffic-rated materials.
Need a Plumber Who Shows Up With the Right Equipment?
We'll assess your facility's plumbing infrastructure, identify deferred maintenance, and scope any active problems — with a written report your facilities team or property manager can act on.
The Contractor Facility Managers Call When It Has to Get Done.
We manage a portfolio of industrial properties across the Inland Empire and Orange County — distribution centers, flex buildings, some manufacturing. California Coast Plumbers is our single plumbing vendor across all of them. They show up with tractor sewer equipment, cameras, jetters — whatever the job needs. No rental delays, no subcontractors. The documentation is clean enough for our institutional investors.
Asset Manager • Industrial REIT
We had a 6-inch mainline failure under the slab of a 200,000 SF warehouse. Our previous plumber wanted to bring in a subcontractor and quoted a two-week timeline. CCP had their own excavation equipment on-site the next morning, located the break with a camera, cut the slab, replaced the line, and had us back to full operation in three days. That's the kind of contractor you keep.
Facilities Director • Distribution Center, Orange County
We needed backflow testing across 14 devices at our manufacturing campus, plus a process piping tie-in for a new production line. CCP handled both — filed the backflow certs with the county, ran the new piping to spec, and coordinated around our production schedule so we never shut down a line. One vendor, one PO, one point of contact.
Plant Operations Manager • Manufacturing Campus, Anaheim
One Contractor for Your Entire Facility.
Whether you operate a single warehouse or manage a portfolio of industrial properties, we bring the same capability to every job: in-house heavy equipment, documented field work, and a named point of contact for your account.
